Frisbee and Unplugging at Columbia Elementary

We spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 250 kids from Kindergarten to Grade 5.

We showed them what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, and creating games. They were also challenged to get Unplugg’d and set limits on screen time, spending more time doing instead of watching, and more time with friends and family.
