We spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 175 kids from Kindergarten to Grade 7 along with Bri Larson as part of our Frisbee for Life Okanagan Residency.
It was a great day and we taught the students what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, and creating throws & games.
Thanks Paul Rossetti for having us in and EPEC Disc Sports for donating 20 discs to the school!
